This color is a pale, translucent sky blue which develops blushes of dark sky blue throughout the glass as you work it in a torch flame. It is wise to put a core of clear glass in any bead you make using alabaster or opalino colors if you are planning on encasing your bead in clear. This reduces possible stress in the bead.
